Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a blend of old and modern elements. The service felt inconsistent during my stay. The location was convenient but had issues with maintenance. The dining experience had some delays. Overall, there were both good and not-so-good aspects to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a modern feel with sleek glass features and were spacious and immaculate, offering a great night's sleep. However, the dining experience felt chaotic with employees more focused on personal conversations than serving guests. The service, on the other hand, was consistently polite and helpful. The hotel's location was nice, but not outstanding. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in the dining area.
The hotel location is excellent, sharing space with a Shula's for convenient dining, and near the capital government area with a helpful staff. The rooms, though lacking a full-size window and showing signs of age with outdated AC units and TVs, are well-equipped with accessible outlets. The service, despite a front desk employee appearing disoriented, was redeemed by employees rushing to provide cold water. The dining experience was a mix of greatness at Level 8 Lounge and shortages in banquet rooms. The valet service was outstanding, and the free breakfast for Bonvoy Marriott members was a highlight amidst decor that felt a bit outdated.
